This pilgrim walking holiday begins in France at Le Puy en Velay and finishes in Galicia in Spain at the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela. We offer self-guided and guided walking holidays along The Camino way in sections or as a whole. The Camino passes through a wide range of scenery passing through towns, forests, rivers and plains. The Camino trail is a special experience, knowing that you walk along an ancient trail, following the footsteps that others have made over a thousand years and sharing the journey with other pilgrims along the route. There is a great sense of achievement in being a Camino Pilgrim.
The El Camino walk is not the only pilgrim walking holiday available and we offer pilgrim routes throughout Europe; in England, Italy and Greece to name a few. These ancient paths offer a special meaning to your walking journey but are also a superb opportunity to appreciate the scenery on offer around you. Varying in length and difficulty these are sometimes divided into sections such as the Via Francigena that starts in Canterbury and goes the whole way to Rome, or a 7 night trip through the foothills of the Alps on the St Jacobs Way in Austria.
As with all our walking holidays, luggage transport, detailed route notes, maps and carefully chosen accommodation make your holiday run smoothly and together with our wide experience of organising Camino trail holidays and other pilgrim walking holidays, you can be sure that walking a pilgrim route with us will be an enjoyable and unforgettable journey.
